How do I add an M3U playlist?
Open the app and go to Sources. Tap + and select M3U Playlist. Enter your playlist URL and confirm with Save.
How do I connect to an Xtream Codes provider?
Go to Sources, tap + and select Xtream Codes. Enter the server URL, username, and password, then save the connection.
How do I set up the EPG (TV Guide)?
The EPG loads automatically if your provider supplies one. You can add additional EPG sources under Settings > EPG.
Does ChonkTV work with AirPlay and Chromecast?
Yes. During playback, tap the cast icon to stream to AirPlay or Chromecast devices on your network.
How do I save favorites?
Long-press a channel and select Add to Favorites. Your favorites are available in the Favorites tab.
How does the free trial work?
After downloading, you can use ChonkTV free for 14 days with full access to all features. Your subscription will only be charged after the trial ends and can be cancelled anytime through your Apple ID settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name > Subscriptions, and select ChonkTV. You can cancel your subscription there at any time.
My stream won't load or keeps buffering.
Please check the following:
- Is the playlist URL correct and still valid?
- Do you have a stable internet connection?
- Is the stream provider reachable?
